The ULI Mentorship Programme is designed to foster an exchange of professional ideas and mentorship between experienced industry executives (Mentors) and young real estate professionals under the age of 35 (Mentees).

This is a chance for young professionals to gain broader exposure and learn from experienced senior leaders who volunteer their time and are open to strengthening ties with the younger generation by acting as advisors, supporters, and coaches to their assigned Mentees.
