ULI is committed to providing research and content which is aligned with the interests and requirements of its members, as well as adding to the wider shared knowledge on issues relating to land use.

Ideas and discussions generated by ULI members at events and council days are channeled through the Policy and Practice Committee, which consists of leading industry figures, researchers and academics. From these discussions ULI’s Visiting Fellows are commissioned to undertake new research or write reports of Infobursts based on their existing knowledge.
