Cities and Regions
ULI Europe’s work on cities and regions is designed to contribute towards the latest thinking on how urban centres should be led, governed, designed and managed. This includes analyzing city and city-region competitiveness, and research on city leadership, planning and governance as it relates to our mission of promoting the responsible use of land.
As well as conducting independent research, ULI regularly brings together senior representatives from the public and private sectors to capture insights into the most pressing issues facing Europe’s cities as well as their potential solutions. This open dialogue between city leaders, real estate investors and those responsible for designing and building our cities not only enriches shared thinking, but also provides opportunities to bridge investment gaps.
