ULI members include investors who have to make decision about how to deploy real estate capital on a daily basis, as well as actors in the public sector and elsewhere who have to attract investment. Our research in investment and capital markets targets both of these groups, with a particular focus on encouraging productive interaction across sectors and disciplinary boundaries.

Our research on capital markets helps inform decision makers from developers to private equity funds and institutional investors. Working with members and partners around Europe, we also produce research designed to support cities to make decisions about what investment sources and vehicles to use to help them achieve their broader objectives.

ULI Europe also contributes to the work of the ULI Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate.
