Programmes
At ULI, we fulfill our mission by engaging the many different people who help cities thrive. Through our programmes, members play a major role in furthering best practice in real estate and land use in cities across Europe.
Advisory Services
ULI Europe’s advisory services events bring together ULI members and other urban experts to provide objective advice on complex land use, urban development and policy challenges. Events are commissioned by public, private, and non-profit organisations who wish to access the expertise of the ULI network.
Awards & Competitions
The Urban Land Institute runs an active Awards and Competitions programme at both a global level and a regional level. ULI Europe held the inaugural ULI European Leadership Awards as part of the 2019 ULI Europe Conference in London, and is expanding its programme further. Click here for more details.
C Change
C Change is a ULI-led programme to mobilise the European real estate industry to decarbonise. We’re a movement empowering everyone to work together for a sustainable future. We connect the brightest minds from across the value chain. We challenge barriers, share expertise, and champion innovation to move swiftly to accelerate solutions that will transform our industry and protect our planet. C Change means real change.
Study Tours
ULI Europe Study Tours aim to engage with key government, real estate and arts related associations to understand best practice around policy, investment, and programming and their impact on the value – financial and social – of surrounding areas and is designed for mid to upper level executives associated with real estate development and the design and planning disciplines that engage both the public and private sectors.
UrbanPlan
UrbanPlan is a realistic, engaging, and academically demanding classroom-based programme in which students learn about the fundamental forces that affect urban regeneration. ULI members can support the programme by offering their expertise to students as volunteers, or supporting the programme financially as sponsors.
