    Francesca Colombo

    COIMA SGR S.p.A.

    Graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and graduated in Piano from the Conservatorio di Musica G. Verdi, Francesca Colombo has always worked as a cultural manager. She has been General Director of the MAST Foundation (Bologna), co-founder and Secretary General of MITO, Artistic Director of the Stradivari Festival (Cremona), Theater Superintendent of Florence Opera House Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, responsible for the culture program of Milan Expo 2015, Responsible for artistic co-productions of the Teatro alla Scala. She was named Young Global Leader and Expert in Arts & Culture of the World Economic Forum. Aspen Junior Fellow. She serves or has served on the Boards of Director of: Pinacoteca di Brera, Fondazione Milano per la Scala, San Patrignano fundraising committee, Palazzo Reale di Genova, advisory board of the Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum. She is member of Milan College of Engineers and Architects, and of the Steering Committee of the Master's Degree Program in Digital Humanities of Genoa University and lectures in several Italian universities. Since 2018 she is Managing and Cultural Director of the public park BAM-Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano, an innovative Public-Private Partnership involving the Municipality of Milan, Fondazione Riccardo Catella and COIMA for the care of the park and the creation of an cultural program on the themes of sustainability, inclusion, community engagement and multiculturalism. Under her leadership, BAM achieved the prestigious "Dubai International Award for Best Practices" in the "Urban Regeneration and Public Spaces" category in 2023.

    Andrew Angeli

    Zurich Insurance Company Ltd

    Andrew is Global Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy at Zurich Insurance, having joined the firm in February 2023. Based in Zurich, he is responsible for shaping the firm’s strategic real estate outlook. He works closely with portfolio managers and investor partners in developing and implementing comprehensive, integrated global investment strategies. He sits on the Investment Committee and is a member of the Leadership Team. Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in real asset research & strategy. Prior to his current role, he was Head of European Research at CBRE Investment Management having worked in London, Paris, and Los Angeles. He has also held positions in land use planning and environmental consulting in the U.S and Germany. He holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Agriculture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, co-chairing the European Office and Mixed Use Council. Andrew is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Britain, fluent in German.
