Programme Overview

The Young Leaders Study Tour and Retreat programme is a collaborative effort of a hosting team including the local Young Leaders Chair and Executive Committee and ULI Europe team.

Traditionally, the programme spans two days of intensive leadership discussions, forums, and site visits, offering diverse perspectives and a comprehensive syllabus covering key topics of the present and future of the real estate sector.

Leveraging the expertise of our global network, comprising over 45,000 multidisciplinary members, we facilitate knowledge exchange among industry peers. Our tours facilitate interactions with governmental bodies, academic institutions, industry associations, and market leaders, offering insights into best practices around policy, investment, and community development and their impact on the financial and social values of surrounding areas.

The ULI Europe Young Leaders Study Tour 2022 was held in Madrid, taking place over two days at the end of September and bringing together 35 Young Leaders from 11 different countries. The programme offered attendees a glimpse into some of the city’s most ambitious and exciting urban regeneration projects.
