Annually, the ULI Europe Annual Conference hosts a dedicated NEXT programme, which includes a forum and other events available for our members aged 35 – 45.

Our dedicated agenda is designed to provide professionals at all stages of their careers with quality networking, exposure to high-profile professionals and senior leaders with unique insights and experiences.

The 2025 ULI Europe NEXT Forum was hosted by Gensler on 19 June in London, providing a valuable platform for ULI NEXT members to connect and expand their networks. Participants engaged in workshops on topics such as inclusive leadership, navigating careers in an ever-evolving world, and the importance of trust in professional relationships. These sessions were led by expert coaches, including Sara Beck, a Leadership Coach; Chantal Clavier from Heidrick & Struggles; and James Jacobs from Lazard. Attendees also received exclusive insights from Professor Alex Edmans of London Business School. “The Power of Sustainable Business” by Professor Alex Edmans explored the concept of sustainable business, defining it as one that serves various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and the environment, while also generating returns for investors. Prof. Edmans emphasised that sustainability is not just a trend but a crucial element for long-term business success.

The event concluded with participants leaving equipped with practical, actionable tips to advance their careers, making it a truly worthwhile experience.
