As with all real estate sectors, the Office market continues to undergo significant change. Work practices (online, hybrid, working from home etc.) have changed, work places are adapting and investors are seeking high quality sustainable offices.
With a number of factors impacting the sector in the last 2-3 years, this is a timely opportunity to hear from the experts in offices on recent developments and look forward to the next 1-2 years.
