Richard has been instrumental in the rise of alternative real estate sectors in the UK, particularly Build-to-Rent, Student Accommodation and Senior Living. Richard co-founded Apache Capital Partners in 2008, which, in partnership with Moda, has a £2bn pipeline of more than 6,500 BTR homes in the UK. Richard is responsible for the UK office, strategic business development, oversight of transactional, development & operational management and investor relations. Richard is a member of the IPF Residential Special Interest Group (SIG) Committee.

Ms. Heng is a Managing Director with the London offices of Eastdil Secured. She has over 20 years' working experience in the multihousing and hospitality real estate sector in both investment sales and corporate advisory services. She has sold over $20bn worth of real estate across Europe and Asia, and her current responsibilities include leading the Mulithosing business for Eastdil in Europe and also managing client relationships and cross border capital flows with key Asian buyers. Ms Heng is currently a Board Trustee with the Creative Land Trust. Ms. Heng is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and various Chinese dialects. She holds MBAs with Columbia Business School in the US and London Business School in the UK.

Jesse leads Green Street’s European Advisory team. He began working with Green Street in 2011 and has more than 20 years of diverse financial and investment experience, including working in mergers & acquisitions with Morgan Stanley, corporate finance with MGM Mirage and equity research with Bear Stearns. Since 2005, Jesse has been active in the European listed real estate market, working initially as a buyside investor for Heitman and Cohen & Steers, before taking on his current assignment with Green Street's Advisory & Consulting team in London. Jesse holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
