ULI UK Midlands: Site Tour - West Longbridge Development
Come and join the ULI UK Midlands Group for a lunchtime tour of West Longbridge hosted by St Modwen Developments. It is approximately 2 years since we last visited, in which time so much has changed!
27 Acres of Public Realm has been opened to the public, including:
- Large open park spaces
- The rejuvenated river corridor
- 2.5km of cycle and footpaths
- The completion and opening of Blaise Veterinary Hospital
- The Completion of Waters Corporation’s new scientific precision engineering facility
- The commencement of a new residential community in West Longbridge by St Modwen Homes
With further developments by Allsee Technologies, Sterling Pharmaceuticals and Metalor Technologies in the pipeline, the future is bright for West Longbridge.
There will be the opportunity to purchase some fantastic street food at Herberts Yard after the site tour.
