Eoin Bastible is a Partner responsible for capital coverage, origination and business development across Real Estate and Infrastructure for Sera Global’s Private Capital Advisory practice in EMEA. Eoin has over 20 years’ experience gained across various roles in investment banking, asset management and corporate finance. He was formerly Head of Business Development in EMEA for Real Estate & Private Markets at UBS and previously held roles at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, Avestus Capital Partners, KBC Bank and KPMG Ireland.

Michael leads TPM’s dedicated real assets secondaries practice, focusing on providing clients with liquidity solution for unlisted real estate and infrastructure funds globally. Michael has more than 10 years' experience in private markets across secondary market solutions, investment management and capital raising. Previously working at TP ICAP, JLL and LaSalle Investment Management.

Lorna Brown is the Chief Executive Officer at Birchwood Real Estate Capital, an alternative lender focussed on providing financing solutions for borrowers secured on assets in the UK and Europe Lorna has over 25 years’ experience across real estate equity and debt. She established Birchwood Real Estate in 2022 following a diverse career across a range of financial institutions and investors spanning private equity and investment management including Blackstone and Legal & General Investment Management. During her career Lorna has executed in excess of £20bn of real estate transactions globally. Lorna was included in ‘Top 51 Most Influential Women in UK Real Estate’ and ‘Top 10 Property Bankers’ by Estates Gazette

John is a recognised authority on the structure, operation and governance of real estate funds. Since establishing John Forbes Consulting LLP in 2013, he has advised a number of fund managers and investors on open and closed-ended funds. In addition to his consulting work, he is non-executive chair of the Urban Splash Residential Fund and a non-executive director of the Patrizia Hanover fund. From 2014 to 2022 was independent chair of the Supervisory Board of the UBS Triton property fund. Prior to setting up John Forbes Consulting LLP, John spent 26 years at PwC where he was a partner and was the firm's international Subject Matter Expert for real estate funds. John is involved in a number of real estate industry bodies and is a regular conference speaker. He won the 2017 Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF) award for "Outstanding Individual Contribution". John is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Chartered Surveyor.
