Together for our cities - now also in French-speaking Switzerland!
With the appointment of Emanuel von Graffenried, CBRE, as Local Chair Romandie, ULI Switzerland will also be active in Western Switzerland in the future. "I want to make a positive contribution and exchange views on the future of the built environment and the sustainability of the Swiss building stock," says the new Chair.
On March 31, we will meet for the official kick off of ULI Romandie and look forward to welcoming you for a personal meeting and a first exchange.*
Planned program:
- From 18:00: Arrival of the guests
- 18:30: Welcome by Emanuel von Graffenried (Local Chair Romandie), objectives of the ULI in Romandie.
- 18:35 p.m.: Welcome by Jürgen M. Volm (Chair ULI Switzerland), presentation of the ULI and ULI Switzerland
- 18:40 : welcome and introduction of our event partner USPI Formation
- 18:45: Presentation on logistics with Alexandre Monney, Director of Management of SWISSROC INDUSTRIAL OPPORTUNITIES + Presentation of the theory and data of logistics by Julien Scarpa, Research & Consulting at CBRE.
- 19:15: Q&A
- From 19:30: Relaxed conclusion with an apero
After the event, you are welcome to have dinner together in a brasserie (Hotel Royal Savoy) (self-pay basis)

Gemeinsam für unsere Städte - jetzt auch in der Westschweiz!
Mit der Ernennung von Emanuel von Graffenried, CBRE, zum Local Chair Romandie wird das ULI Switzerland zukünftig auch in der Westschweiz aktiv sein. „Ich möchte einen positiven Beitrag leisten und mich über die Zukunft der gebauten Umwelt und die Nachhaltigkeit des Schweizer Gebäudebestands austauschen“, so der neue Chair.
Am 31. März treffen wir uns zum offiziellen Kick Off des ULI Romandie und freuen uns, Sie zum persönlichen Kennenlernen und einem ersten Austausch begrüßen zu dürfen.*
Geplantes Programm:
- Ab 18 Uhr: Eintreffen der Gäste
- 18.30 Uhr: Begrüssung durch Emanuel von Graffenried (Local Chair Romandie), Ziele des ULI in der Romandie.
- 18:35 Uhr: Begrüssung Jürgen M. Volm (Chair ULI Switzerland), Vorstellung des ULI und ULI Switzerland
- 18:45 Uhr: Präsentation über Logistik mit Alexandre Monney, Direktor der Geschäftsleitung von SWISSROC INDUSTRIAL OPPORTUNITIES + Präsentation der Theorie und Daten der Logistik durch Julien Scarpa, Research & Consulting bei CBRE.
- 19:15 Uhr: Fragen und Antworten.
- Ab 19:30 Uhr: Lockerer Ausklang beim Apero
Im Anschluss an das Event kann gerne in einer Brasserie (Hotel Royal Savoy) gemeinsam zu Abend gegessen werden (Selbstzahlerbasis).
