Currently being finalised, the Planning & Development Bill 2022 will be the most substantial update to Planning legislation in Ireland in over 20 years.

The session is an opportunity to hear the views of industry leading legal, planning and development practitioners on the contents of the draft bill and the likely impact on future development in Ireland.

The session will be hosted by Jay Sattin, Partner in Mason Hayes & Curran and will include panellists, Deirdre Nagle, Partner and Head of Planning & Environment Law, Mason Hayes & Curran, Pauline Byrne, Partner, Brady Shipman Martin, planning consultants and Brian Moran, Senior Managing Director, Hines Ireland.

Run under Chatham House rules, the session is designed to encourage discussion and debate on the bill among attendees from all disciplines working in urban development including developers, investors, architects, and planners amongst others.
