ULI UK is pleased to invite you to a site tour of the Creative Land Trust's Wallis Road Studios. This is a collaborative event between the ULI UK Residential Product Council and Young Leaders Group.

 

Wallis Road is the first location acquired and activated by Creative Land Trust (CLT). CLT is the charity founded to maintain London's global status as a creative city, and aims to reverse the outflow of the artists who make London great by acquiring long term, affordable workspace across the city. Wallis Road shows the standard of workspace that should be available for artists and makers, and is also a great example of how creative uses can enhance a neighbourhood, giving it character and life. CLT have shown that incorporating creative workspace in residential developments enhances financial value, while delivering the elusive "S" element of ESG.
