    Friday 27 September | 8:00 – 22:00 | Multiple locations | Initially starting from the Clarion Hotel
      • Start the day with an exclusive guided site visit at Pembroke's Hästen 21, a new district emerging in central Stockholm.
      • Jointly with the ULI Europe Leadership Retreat, participate in a morning of thought-provoking talks and presentations from leading professionals

      • In the afternoon, explore Stockholm through site visits and networking drinks
    Saturday 28 September | 10:00 – 13:00 | Rummel Restaurant

      Payment Terms:

      • All bookings must be paid for in advance of the event
      • Invoice payment terms strictly 30 days from the issue date of the invoice
      • If your booking is less than 30 days before the event or payment has not been received by this date, you will be asked to settle the account before being permitted to enter the event
      • Please ensure that your accounts team is aware of our terms to avoid any delays to your on-site registration

      Cancellation/Refund Policy:

      • Written cancellation and refund requests received at ULI at least 30 days prior (until 27 August 2024) to the event will be awarded a full refund minus a €50 processing fee
      • No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received from 28 August 2024
      • Registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation who is eligible to attend. If necessary, fee adjustments will be made based on ULI membership status
      • Verbal requests for cancellations and refunds will not be accepted: all requests must be made in writing to [email protected]

    Bojan Ticic with a MSc from KTH and a member of RICS has 18 years of experience from working with real estate transactions and capital markets. He started his career at JLL and joined CBRE after 8 years where he today holds the position as a Senior Director within the Capital Markets team. Bojan’s main focus and expertise is within urban spaces and retail properties.

    Caroline Strand

    Acting CEO, Stockholm Business Region AB

    Caroline Strand, currently serving as the Acting CEO of Stockholm Business Region, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development, place making, communications strategy and public relations. With a background that includes serving as Vice president at Stockholm Business Region, CEO of Visit Stockholm and her own company, Caroline brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and strategic insights to her role. Prior to her executive positions in the city of Stockholm, Caroline also played a pivotal role in shaping the business landscape of the City of Solna, where she worked on a broad spectrum of business development and initiatives.

    Kristijan Jordanov

    Founder & CEO, Net Zero Build

    Founder & CEO of Net Zero Build, a Proptech start-up, developing a digital platform for green building certifications. Our AI-powered platform helps real estate companies to efficiently navigate certification requirements and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved, significantly enhancing productivity and reducing administrative costs. On a mission to empower the real estate industry with the right digital tools to increase their positive environmental impact and contribute to global climate change mitigation efforts. Previous experience as an ESG professional in the private equity real estate industry, specializing in impact investing. With a master's degree in Architecture and an MBA in Industrial Economics, he brings a unique blend of expertise to the industry. Strong foundation in sustainable construction and real estate development, having worked extensively with international green building certifications. He has played a pivotal role in driving positive change in the Swedish real estate sector, leading successful internal transformation projects for major construction and property companies to optimize profitability and efficiency in sustainable building development.  

    Arne Allewaert

    Managing Partner, AMAVI Capital

    Arne Allewaert is a real estate expert with +12 years of relevant real estate expertise and a passion for innovation and disruption. Prior to founding AMAVI, Arne started a new branch for a commercial real estate advisory company. Afterwards he was involved in the set-up of Belgian property developer ION and served as the right hand to the founding partners for over 8 years. Arne played a significant role in the explosive growth of the company to approx. 500M EUR in annual revenues and almost 2 billion EUR in development pipeline since its inception in 2011. Arne holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics – University of Ghent (2005-2009) followed by a Master in General Management – Vlerick Business School (2009-2010), a Master in Real Estate (MRE) – Antwerp Management School (2011-2013) and the Venture Capital and Private Equity Program at Vlerick Business School (2019)."

    Passionate about cities, sustainability, and inclusiveness, Oumniya Bouhdoud is an investment professional at BGO in London, where she works closely as an equity partner to managers across main European markets. With a background in Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Private Equity, Oumniya consistently delivered in acquisitions, asset management, and sales. Holding a Master's in Real Estate & Finance from Paris Dauphine University, she further enhanced her expertise through executive education at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Oumniya is a dedicated advocate for causes like SEO London RE and Dress for Success.

    Nicolas Bearelle co-founded Revive in 2009, a real estate impact development company delivering resilient and lively neighborhoods by regenerating underused sites and redundant infrastructures. The team of 80 experts is working on a pipeline of over 2 billion EUR exit value in Benelux, Poland, Portugal and Spain. All projects are carbon free in use and masterplanned to maximize resilience. Nicolas is also co-founder and investor in several technological related companies such as WATT Factory, an accelerator hub, and ReCap, an acceleration program.
