    Robbie Epsom

    CBRE Investment Management Europe BV

    Robbie Epsom is the EMEA Head of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and is part of the ESG team lead by Helen Gurfel, Global Head of Sustainability & Innovation. He is responsible for the EMEA implementation of CBRE Investment Management’s Sustainability Vision, which continues the form’s commitment to be a leader in ESG. Working closely with ESG team and the wider CBRE Investment Management team his priority is the continued integration and harmonisation of ESG practices throughout the business. He also leads the corporate sustainability reporting workstream. Robbie joined the sustainability industry in 2009 and has experience in Sustainability and ESG Advisory Consulting. He is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (FICRS). Robbie joined CBRE Investment Management in January 2021 and is based in London. Prior to this Robbie worked as a consultant and supported a wide range of blue-chip companies and major infrastructure projects, as they navigated the fast-moving sustainable revolution, drawing on his background in process engineering to help them measure, communicate and manage their ESG risks. He is specialist in areas such as Corporate Sustainability Strategy & Reporting, Sustainability Materiality Assessments, ESG & Sustainable Finance, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Management, United Nations Sustainable development Goals (UN SDGs), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental Products Declarations (EPDs), Resource/Energy Efficiency and Circular Economy. Robbie has a MEng (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering along with a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University and is a Board Director for the Institute of Corporate responsibility & Sustainability (ICRS).

    Andreas Landsverk Farberg

    Investment Manager Global Real Estate, KLP

    Andreas Landsverk Farberg is the Investment Manager of Global Real Estate at KLP, a mutual life insurance company for Norwegian municipalities and public health institutions. He has held this position since 2020, and has worked with real estate investments at KLP since 2013. Andreas manages a real estate fund portfolio of around 1bn euro. He is a member of the INREV ESG Committee, currently serving as the vice chair. Prior to joining KLP, Andreas worked as a journalist at the Norwegian financial newspapers Finansavisen, E24 and Dagens Næringsliv. Andreas holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics, and he is based in Oslo. He speaks Norwegian, English and some French.

    Jeff Rupp

    Director of Public Affairs, INREV

    Jeff Rupp is the Director of Public Affairs at INREV based in Brussels, where he heads INREV’s Public Affairs office. In that role, he leads INREV’s efforts to track and shape the development of EU and UK regulatory and tax initiatives that could impact non-listed real estate investment. A lawyer, prior to joining INREV he worked in the Netherlands, the US, Turkey, Italy and Germany on a range of issues related to real estate investment funds and legislative and regulatory development.

    Edward Pugh

    Head of Sustainability, PATRIZIA SE

    Global Sustainability Director at PATRIZIA; an international investment manager specializing in real assets, with around €60b AUM & a core commitment to sustainability. 10+ years of specialist experience in real estate sustainability with a proven track record of developing & executing effective sustainability strategies for numerous leading investors, both inhouse & consultancy. Broad subject-matter expertise on current & emerging ESG topics, including best practices, sector wide challenges & the evolving regulatory landscape.
