    Michael Keaveney

    Grainger Plc

    Michael Keaveney is Director of Land and Development at Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord. He has overall responsibility for the delivery and growth of Grainger’s BTR development pipeline. Michael has over 30 years of hands-on real estate and development experience. His expertise includes management of complex residential-led mixed use developments across the whole development lifecycle from identification and acquisition through to town planning, funding, construction, marketing, operation and exit. Prior to joining Grainger, Mike Keaveney was Development Director at Concord London Developments Ltd, where he led on the acquisition of the Moxon Street car park site in Marylebone, W1 from Westminster City Council and was instrumental in the joint venture with Brookfield to develop out the 50-storey residential tower and affordable housing blocks at Principle Place in London EC1. Mike’s early career was at Osprey PMI (part of Franklin + Andrews; now Mott MacDonald) where he was an Equity Partner and Board Director responsible for the London Office of Osprey PMI and its Commercial Development projects in the UK prior to moving to Ridgeford Developments Ltd and W1 Developments.

    Nathan Morgan

    Project Director, Gensler

    A leader of Gensler’s Sciences practice area for Europe region, Nathan’s design work covers several services including strategy and change management, campus planning, adaptive reuse and new build projects. Nathan has a people-centric approach to each of his projects, working with end users and clients to create inspiring and valuable buildings and spaces. Bringing considerable expertise in the areas of sciences, he partners with clients from the inception of a project through to construction and post occupancy to ensure that the space meets the needs of the organisation and its users.

    Mark Collins

    Executive Director, CBRE Limited-UK

    Mark is an Executive Director – Chairman of UK Residential for CBRE. Now celebrating 40 years in the property industry, Mark is regarded as a leading figure in London residential, with a wealth of experience and contacts. In June 2013, Mark became a Fellow of the RICS. He is the immediate past Chairman of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Property and Construction Committee. Mark was a Director of Fulham Football Club and was an elected member of the Premier League, as a Football Association Council Member. Mark also sits on the London Mayor’s, Homes for Londoners Board alongside the Mayor himself and in September 2021 was extended for a further 3 year term. He sits on the Urban Land Institute UK Executive Committee and the European Residential Product Council. Mark is a member of the Reading Real Estate Foundation Fundraising Committee and is very focused around promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry. He also supports the Kings College NHS Hospital Charity.

    Caroline Bos

    UNStudio

    BA, MSc, Int (F)RIBA Honorary Professor at the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning Norman R. Foster Visiting Professor of Architectural Design, Yale School of Architecture Caroline Bos studied History of Art at Birkbeck College of the University of London and Urban and Regional Planning at the Faculty of Geosciences, University of Utrecht. In 1988 she co- founded Van Berkel & Bos Architectuurbureau with the architect Ben van Berkel, extending her theoretical and writing projects to the practice of architecture. Realized projects include the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam, museum Het Valkhof in Nijmegen and the Moebius house. In 1998 Caroline Bos co-founded UNStudio (United Network). UNStudio presents itself as a network of specialists in architecture, urban development and infrastructure. Completed urban development projects include the restructuring of the station area of Arnhem and the mixed-use Raffles City in Hangzhou, while current projects include the Southbank by Beulah mixed-use development in Melbourne and the masterplan for a leisure island in South Korea. Caroline Bos has taught as a guest lecturer at Princeton University, the Berlage Institute in Rotterdam, The Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and the Academy of Architecture in Arnhem. In 2012 she was awarded an Honorary Professorship at the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning. For the academic year 2021-2022 she was Norman R. Foster Visiting Professor of Architectural Design at Yale School of Architecture. Central to her teaching is the inclusive approach of architectural works integrating virtual and material organization and engineering constructions. From 2020-2022 Caroline joined AM as Director AM Concepts and Supervisor Urban Planning AM.
