Join us for an exclusive session with Sophie Chick from ULI's C Change programme, a groundbreaking initiative mobilising the European real estate industry towards decarbonisation. Gain invaluable insights into the latest strategies, innovations, and collaborative efforts driving real change for a sustainable future.

In this session, you'll have the opportunity to explore the programme's recent work, around carbon pricing and the recently published, "Occupiers and Owners: Faster and Further on the Pathway to Decarbonisation Together" report. This report highlights the critical need for stronger partnerships and closer collaboration between occupiers and owners to overcome the lack of alignment hindering progress on decarbonisation and potentially increasing total emissions in the long run.

C Change connects the brightest minds across the real estate value chain, challenging barriers, sharing expertise, and championing innovation to accelerate solutions that will transform our industry and protect our planet.

Don't miss this chance to engage with one of the leaders behind C Change and gain valuable insights into the urgent call for unity and collective action to drive real change in the real estate industry's decarbonisation efforts.

She is responsible for developing and delivering original, objective research on a wide range of issues related to land use, climate change and sustainability, real estate development and investment, and the built environment.
