The 19^th ULI Europe Annual Conference took place on 3-4 February 2015 in Paris and was attended by over 500 industry leaders from around the world.

The Leadership Dinner on 3 February featured a powerful talk from BBC Chief International Correspondent Lyse Doucet, who discussed how global security issues impact businesses, economies, and people.

Keynote speakers on the main conference day included AXA Chief Economist Eric Chaney, who shared his insights on the global economic outlook, and UK Trade and Investment Business Ambassador Inma Martinez, who gave her thoughts on technology as an enabler and disruptor of real estate.

The conference also featured panels on urban health and innovation; extreme weather events; global real estate capital; and a comparison of real estate markets in Russia, China, and the US.
