Young Leaders Retreat 2025 – Warsaw, 18 – 20 September
In September, over 50 emerging leaders from across Europe gathered in Warsaw for three unforgettable days of learning, collaboration, and discovery at the Young Leaders Retreat.
Highlights included an exclusive tour of Varso Tower with Jędrzej Kolesiński (Foster + Partners), an inspiring walk through Fabryka Norblina—an exceptional example of adaptive reuse—led by Marcin Juszczyk and Lidia Piekarska-Juszczyk, and behind-the-scenes site visits to Towarowa 22 and the Polish History Museum with top architects from JEMS and WXCA. Participants also engaged in thought-provoking sessions on capital markets, AI, leadership, and Poland’s evolving role in Europe—featuring insights from industry leaders. From in-depth discussions to powerful peer connections, the retreat showcased the value of diverse perspectives in building the sustainable, innovative cities of tomorrow.
Young Leaders Retreat 2024 – Stockholm, 26 – 28 September, 2024
The 2024 ULI Europe Young Leaders Study Tour in Stockholm brought together 41 young professionals from 16 countries, offering a comprehensive exploration of the city’s innovative real estate landscape and sustainability initiatives. Taking place over one and a half days in late September, the tour provided a unique opportunity to engage with senior industry leaders and examine Stockholm’s position at the forefront of sustainable urban development.
Young Leader Study Tour 2023 – Athens, 28 – 30 September , 2023
In 2023 the Young Leaders Forum event in Madrid brought together over 120 real estate professionals to share insights and expertise on a wide range of topics. The theme of the forum was: ‘hard times, hard questions: how will our industry innovate to solve the problems of today and tomorrow?’
