The ULI Germany Leadership Award & Urban Leader Forum 2015 will take place on 2 and 3 December 2015 in Munich.

Leadership Award

Since 2005, this annual award ceremony has recognised outstanding contributions to the real estate industry and local communities.  The event honours leaders who have shown exceptional entrepreneurial and innovative thinking in five categories: Real Estate Development, Lifetime Achievement, Building Healthy Places, Public Administration and Young Leaders.  This year’s festive awards dinner is taking place on 2 December 2015 at the Kontorhaus Arnulfpark in Munich. The award winners will be announced during the ceremony.

Urban Leader Forum

On 3 December 2015, ULI will reconvene its annual conference on urban transformation and sustainability at Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft in Munich, Germany. The conference will start with interactive round table sessions in four “Leader Circles”: Retail, Real Estate Development, Hotels and Building Healthy Places.

Following these discussions, the Lord Mayor of the City of Munich, Dieter Reiter, will deliver a keynote address exploring how German cities and the real estate industry can meet the challenges of urban transformation. The event will conclude with a panel discussion with Ullrich Sierau, Lord Mayor of the City of Dortmund, and Ralph Winter of Corestate Capital Advisors entitled ‘Outlook on Urban Development 2016‘, which will take a closer look at how industry and public sector can close the gap between responsibility and ROI.
