ULI Russia hosted a Training Workshop for Young Leaders on May 29^th in partnership with Spectrum Group on efficient construction project team management. Representatives of Russian and international market participants such as Central Properties, Hill International, Radius Group, A.N.D. Corporation, Mercury, and Scott Brownrigg, addressed how to promote the successful implementation and management of construction projects.

The workshop was opened with an educational presentation that provided information about project-specific team composition, efficient communication of team members, client’s objectives, and quality standards with a focus on the design stage.

The second part of the workshop was a panel discussion moderated by ULI Russia Chairman Darrell Stanaford. Stanaford provided developers and consultants with an opportunity to consider the problem areas of design organisation: optimal involvement of major project participants, integrated approach and value engineering, and the balance between commercial interests and social responsibility.

The attendees of the workshop were able to gain a working knowledge of practical experience and modern approaches of construction project management.
