We are now accepting entries for the 2018 ULI Europe Conference Young Leaders Contest.

We want to hear your views on PropTech: how it is impacting real estate, and your fresh ideas that could be “gamechangers” for the industry.  Entrants are asked to submit a two-minute video on these themes.

The jury will shortlist three entries and the winner will be announced during the ULI Europe Conference in Berlin on 31 January 2018, where the winning video will be showcased. The three shortlisted candidates will win complimentary registrations to the ULI Europe Conference, including the Young Leaders Forum. The winner will also receive a refund of travel/accommodation expenses (up to 350 EUR) for his/her complimentary attendance at the conference.

We will consider entries presenting one of the following topics:

1. Ways in which PropTech will change the real estate industry and the opportunities it provides.

These entries will need to highlight:

• Potential impact on the industry
• Services that will be transformed
• Key innovation opportunities

2. A PropTech idea that doesn’t exist yet and will change the real estate industry.

These entries will need to highlight:

• Target audience of the innovation
• Benefits of the innovation
• Key success factors

Please submit a short video (max 2 mins; file formats: .MP4 and .MOV.) describing your ideas. All entries (the videos) must be submitted by 31 December 2017 to [email protected]. Files larger than 5MB in size are to be transmitted using WeTransfer.
