We
are excited to announce our inaugural ULI NEXT Forum,
taking place as part of the ULI Europe Conference in Amsterdam on 3-5 February
2020. 

The
ULI NEXT Forum offers attendees extensive networking opportunities, a range of
sessions focused around leadership development, and a unique opportunity
to connect with industry leaders and gain insights into future trends in the
industry. The main theme of the forum programme will revolve around “Inclusiveness: Inclusive Organisations,
Inclusive Urban Developments and Thriving Communities. The Power of Real
Balance”.

The programme will start on Monday 3 February with a
joint networking reception with the Young Leaders Forum, with a view to
strengthen the relationships between the groups and identify opportunities for
future collaboration and support.

The main forum day on Tuesday 4 February will host an exclusive session dedicated to “Transition to Leadership” with Owen Thomas (Global ULI Chair/CEO of Boston Properties) and Anne Kavanagh (CIO, PATRIZIA). This will be followed by a panel discussion, “What’s NEXT for co-working and co-living business models. Rise or Fall?” will look at how to stay ahead of the game and the impact of new technological advances on the rise of sharing economy and real estate operational models.

During the ULI NEXT Boat Tour on the afternoon of Tuesday 4 February “next” areas of waterfront developments of Amsterdam will be introduced, offering outstanding examples of inclusive urban development. There is limited capacity on the boat tour so book soon to secure your place!
