Annually, the ULI Europe Conference hosts a dedicated Young Leaders programme, which includes a forum and other events available for our members under 35.
The dedicated agenda is designed to provide professionals at the early stages of their careers with quality networking and exposure to high-profile professionals and senior leaders with unique insights and experiences.

Young Leaders Forum 2024 | Milan
The 2024 ULI Europe Conference took place from 10 – 13 June in Milan, attracting more than 800 top professionals, including young leaders from across Europe and beyond.
The theme for the 2024 Young Leaders dedicated programme was “Leaving No Stone Unturned: Finding opportunities in challenging real estate cycles and honing leadership skills”.
Young Leaders Forum 2023 | Madrid
In 2023 the Young Leaders Forum event in Madrid brought together over 120 real estate professionals to share insights and expertise on a wide range of topics. The theme of the forum was: ‘hard times, hard questions: how will our industry innovate to solve the problems of today and tomorrow?’
