The Louise reimagined and repurposed PATRIZIA to meet the changing work requirements of a post-pandemic workforce in Brussels. This 30,000 sqm space has been shaped for the future. Completed in 2024, The Louise is an ensemble of gardens, courtyards, terraces and magnificent workspaces. The building includes 17 upper floors of 1,048 sq m each and five podium floors of up to 1,751 sq m each.
