    ULI UK is pleased to invite all NEXT members (aged 35-45) to a 'Transitions to Leadership' event with Megan Walters, Global Head of Research, PIMCO Prime Real Estate. The event will be hosted on Thursday, October 31 at 12:30pm, at the offices of PIMCO, 11 Baker Street, London, W1U 3AH.
     
    Mrs. Walters is the Global Head of Research of PIMCO Prime Real Estate. Based in London, she joined the company in November 2019, then named Allianz Real Estate, and has over 20 years of experience in global real estate. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at JLL Asia Pacific where she was a member of the JLL Global Research executive team and held the position of Head of Research Asia Pacific. Mrs. Walters has a master's degree in project management from the University of Reading and holds a PhD in Real Estate Economics from the University of Hong Kong. She serves as a global governing trustee of ULI, is part of the ANREV management board and chairs the ANREV Investors Advisory Council.

    Mrs. Walters is the Global Head of Research of PIMCO Prime Real Estate.
