    Simone Santi

    Director & Founder, VeO

    Simone has over 15 years’ experience in the property development industry in international markets. Responsible for leading the development of commercial assets over Lendlease’s Italian portfolio. Joined Lendlease in 2014 and has held various senior management positions within the UK and Italy, ranging from business development to product development, client engagement and product delivery. As of March 2018 he has been appointed head of offices development within the Italian business of Lendlease, headquartered in Milan. In his previous role at Lendlease in London, he acted as development director within the commercial office development business to enhance and expand Lendlease’s office pipeline. The main focus of the mandate was on The International Quarter, the Lendlease commercial development within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, enhancing the existing masterplan, developing commercial assets, leading tenant engagement and negotiations and working in tandem with our capital solutions team to secure funding and exit strategies. Prior to that he has been part of the Lendlease new business team in London, focusing efforts on exploring and securing large scale urban regeneration opportunities, mainly in London. Prior to the above, he has been a pivotal member of the Brookfield Office Properties team in London, with a remit focused on establishing an important presence within the City of London commercial property arena.

    Simone Pozzato

    Senior Managing Director, Hines Europe Ltd

    Simone Pozzato serves as Managing Director and Fund Manager for the Hines European Core Fund (HECF). Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Fund Manager of HECF since September 2017. During this period the Fund almost tripled in size and affirmed its ESG leadership in the European Real Estate market. Simone Pozzato joined Hines from Grosvenor Fund Management, where he was Fund Manager for two separate accounts while being also responsible for transactions in the Nordics. He holds a MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School (UK), a MSc and in Strategy and Management from Essec Business School (France/Singapore) and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico of Turin (Italy).

    Brigit Gerritse

    Head of Research & Strategy, Redevco

    Since September 2022, I joined Redevco as Head of Research & Strategy. Redevco is one of the largest privately-owned real estate investment managers (Redevco is not licensed or registered in the EEA for the provision of regulated portfolio management services) in Europe. At Redevco we are committed to having a positive impact on our urban environment and firmly believe that continuous research innovation is vital to advancing our sustainability agenda. We must understand what cities need in the future to be able to make them liveable and sustainable. The R&S team provides strategic guidance and expand Redevco’s inhouse research capabilities. This will also help deepen our knowledge of the latest technologies as part of our effort to lead the transformation to net zero carbon buildings and a circular economy. With over 30 years of experience, I was previously executive director of ULI Benelux after having been managing director of KERN formerly known as the Dutch Council of Shopping Centers (NRW) as well as companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Klépierre. I am member of RICS. I live with my family in the old inner-city of Amsterdam.
