The committee led by Daniel Benighaus, Shareholder/Notary at Greenberg Traurig, will include new members Alessandra Canavesi, Tomasz Aleszczyk, and Marc Fauchille, who join the continuing members Tamara Brisk, Sebastiano De Poi, Guilain Decrop, Christoph Mayr, Haris Piplas, Simone Pozzato, and Limor Shklaz.

Alessandra Canavesi is the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at AXA IM Alts, and drives the marketing strategy for a global leader in alternative investments. Alessandra joined when it was AXA IM – Real Assets and was promoted as the company expanded its focus. She is responsible for defining and delivering the global corporate marketing strategy aligned with capital raising objectives.

Alessandra is also a member of the advisory board of Business Club Italia, a London-based organisation that facilitates networking between Italian professionals and international business leaders.

Tomasz Aleszczyk is the Managing Partner at ATP Tomasz Aleszczyk, specializing in investment and asset management across all real estate asset classes. With more than 12 years of experience and a track record of €1 billion transacted, Tomasz has a deep understanding of the real estate market and is a recent graduate of the IESE Executive MBA program.

Marc Fauchille is the Head of Development & Repurposing for Europe at LaSalle Investment Management. Marc leads a €5.8 billion portfolio of new construction and refurbishment projects across Europe. With over 10 years of experience in development and asset management, Marc has a strong track record in delivering complex, high-return real estate projects and is also actively involved in sustainability initiatives across LaSalle’s European portfolio.

The ULI Europe NEXT Executive Committee will work together to drive NEXT initiatives and foster collaboration among real estate professionals across Europe. The committee’s efforts will help members develop professionally, build connections, share insights, and shape the future of the real estate sector.
