Social impact investing can apply to all real estate and become best practice over time, say ULI and DLA Piper
A new report by ULI with DLA Piper finds all real estate investment and development has the potential to deliver social impact.
ULI members include investors who have to make decision about how to deploy real estate capital on a daily basis, as well as actors in the public sector and elsewhere who have to attract investment.
