On 19 January, ULI Belgium, JLL and Expertise co-hosted the Investors’ Forum in Brussels. The forum is one of the biggest gatherings of real estate professionals in Belgium.

Addressing the topic “Is Your Real Estate Future Proof?”, the Investors Forum examined some of key challenges being faced by investors, developers and service providers, including globalisation, sustainability, ageing populations, and technological disruption.

At the forum, ULI Europe CEO Lisette van Doorn gave a presentation on urbanisation trends.

Next year’s forum will take place on 18 January, 2018.
