The dates have now been confirmed for the upcoming ULI Europe Young Leaders Autumn Study Tour in Athens, which will take place from 28 to 30 September 2023.

The event will explore the Transformative Power of Repurposing Real Estate and welcome speakers exploring themes including the Future in Cities and Mobility, Transformation in Real Estate, Public-Private Sector Collaboration, and ESG.

As well as showcasing real estate projects, the Study Tour will enable members to build or leverage partnerships with academics, meet senior industry professionals, and continue professional development and great networking with peers from across Europe.

The programme will include panel discussions, site tours of selected projects, and social events, including welcome drinks.
