The 8th ULI France Annual Conference “Les nouvelles frontières du residéntiel” took place at AXA Headquarters in Paris on Wednesday 7th November 2018 and welcomed over 150 key figures from French real estate and numerous international speakers and guests.
The highlight of the event was a series of exclusive interviews revealing the largest French housing portfolio sale in over a decade, and the first by a public sector entity, the 4000 VESTA housing portfolio of the SNCF state railway group. The €1.4 billion deal sees 80% of the property company purchased by a consortium of ERAFP, IRCANTEC, CDC Habitat, Swiss Life and Vonovia.
The scene was set by Pierre Schoeffler, Senior Advisor from IEIF, and was followed by two roundtables:
