ULI Turkey’s visit to Tekfen Bomonti is the first in a series of site visits to best-practice examples of real estate in Istanbul.  The apartments are located in Bomonti, a transformed district in Istanbul with outstanding location value. During the visit, representatives of the investors, developers, and architects involved in the project gave attendees insight into the development process, the value architectural design and the placement contributed to the investment, the implementation of the LEED gold green building process, and the approaches used in the marketing and sales of the apartments.
