Louis Lallouette, Greystar, and Alexis Muller, Oxford Properties Group, OMERS, have respectively been appointed as the new Chair and Vice Chair of ULI UK Young Leaders group, which represents members of 35 years old and under.
Both Louis and Alexis officially commenced two-year terms in July 2025, with Louis succeeding Theodora Beckett, Head of London at RealWorth, as Chair, and both will serve on a voluntary basis.
Louis has been with the Greystar UK investment team since 2022. Before that, he held roles in international development at Adagio Aparthotels. He has been a ULI member since 2022, and an active member of the ULI UK Young Leaders Committee for the past two years, during which time he has co-led the Mentorship Programme and served as champion for the UK PropTech Innovation Challenge. For the past year, he has held the role of Vice Chair while also contributing to broader ULI initiatives for the UK and at the European level.
Alexis has worked in the European Investments team at Oxford Properties since 2017. During his tenure, he also held strategic roles in asset management and debt. He has been a ULI member since 2016, initially in the US and then in Europe, and a member of the ULI UK Young Leaders Committee since 2023. He is a strong advocate for ULI’s focus on diversity, helping to drive a more inclusive and diverse mentorship programme and actively supporting the schools based UrbanPlan educational programme.
Louis Lallouette comments, “Within the ULI UK Young Leaders committee, we look ahead. With disruption and pragmatism in our DNA, we continually assess how to evolve our platform to deliver lasting value to the ULI community. Diversity of thought underpins all we do—from shaping our programmes to reimagining how we operate. Our aim is to leave the young leader’s platform even stronger: more connected, more inclusive, and more impactful.”
“Our vision is to support talent at every stage of the real estate journey, bridging generations and enabling leadership progression from early careers through to senior roles. With a focus on regional growth and European collaboration, we’re building a people-first strategy to generate momentum across the UK and beyond. Meanwhile, our commitments are simple: we strive to connect, inspire, and lead—through mentorship, site tours, thought leadership, informal gatherings and much more. Ultimately, we’re building a lifelong platform for growth, connection, and leadership in real estate.”
Alexis Muller adds, “I’m honoured to join the ULI Young Leaders leadership and to contribute to an organisation whose mission—to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact—I deeply believe in. I look forward to advancing ULI’s priorities while also championing emerging talent and diverse voices. It’s a privilege to give back to a community that has given so much to me.”
Mark Collins, Chair, ULI UK National Council and Executive Director and Chairman of Residential at CBRE, said: “Both Louis and Alexis are already very well established with the ULI UK Young Leaders Group as active committee members, and I am sure that they will continue in their enthusiasm, dedication, innovation and strategic vision for furthering the success of this important group. Out Young Leaders group is critical to our focus on supporting and developing tomorrow’s industry leaders, providing an important opportunity to connect, discuss, innovate and collaborate on many of our industry’s greatest challenges.”
Imogen Thompson, Executive Director, ULI UK, concludes, ‘I am thrilled to see the leadership baton pass to Louis and Alexis. Their applications stood out for their dedication to their respective roles within the Council, their industry skillsets, and a clear commitment to the value and impact that ULI seeks to deliver within the UK market. They embody true Young Leaders: industry talent who are pushing innovation, best practice, and diversity of thought in everything we do within the build environment. I have no doubt they will set a high standard with what they aim to achieve inn ULI UK across their term, and I look forward to working with them closely over the coming two years and beyond.’
