Young Leaders at the Europe Conference
Annually, the ULI Europe Annual Conference hosts a dedicated Young Leaders programme, which includes a forum and other events available for our members under 35.
The dedicated agenda is designed to provide professionals at the early stages of their careers with quality networking and exposure to high-profile professionals and senior leaders with unique insights and experiences.
ULI Europe Conference 2024
The ULI Europe Conference 2024 will take place from 10 – 13 June in Milan, attracting more than 800 top professionals, including young leaders from across Europe and beyond.
This year’s Young Leaders dedicated programme will include the joint Young Leaders and NEXT programme on 11 June and the Young Leaders Forum on 13 June. Learn more here.

Reflecting on the Young Leaders Forum 2023 | Madrid, 8 June
In 2023 the Young Leaders Forum event in Madrid brought together over 120 real estate professionals to share insights and expertise on a wide range of topics. The theme of the forum was: ‘hard times, hard questions: how will our industry innovate to solve the problems of today and tomorrow?’
