Annually, the ULI Europe Conference hosts a dedicated Young Leaders programme, which includes a forum and other events available for our members under 35.
The dedicated agenda is designed to provide professionals at the early stages of their careers with quality networking and exposure to high-profile professionals and senior leaders with unique insights and experiences.

Reflecting on the Young Leaders Forum 2024 | Milan
The 2024 ULI Europe Conference took place from 10 – 13 June in Milan, attracting more than 800 top professionals, including young leaders from across Europe and beyond.
