| May – August | In-Country Final - Shortlisted applicants will pitch their solutions in front of their local jury (in person or online depending on region). Consult timetable below. |
| 29 September | European Final - Finalists will pitch their solutions to the European Jury (online). |
| 27 November | Award Ceremony at the C Change Summit. |
