The C Change Summit taking place in Copenhagen on Wednesday 11 October is an opportunity for senior leaders and experts to convene and contribute to workable solutions to tackle the urgent challenges that hinder the real estate industry’s progress to decarbonisation.
Join us at this event to hear more about the current intervention points being addressed by the C Change programme, including:
- Carbon pricing: how should the industry address this important mechanism to scale up decarbonisation.
- Owner and occupier alignment: what practical solutions can we implement to improve alignment between tenants and landlords to support common goals for decarbonising and retrofitting.
- Data sharing on transition risks: if we are to be more transparent on transition risks for assets, how can we effectively share data between relevant parties?
We know many professionals across the industry are already working on these issues day-to-day and can contribute vital intelligence to capture and use as the basis for developing common and practical solutions. Therefore, we need you to join us to contribute your knowledge and experience in practical workshops, in addition to learning from conference-style sessions.
Following the Summit, on the evening of Wednesday 11 October, ULI will be a hosting a Dinner celebrating our Europe Awards for Excellence 2023 winners.
