    Hanneke de Vries

    Consultant, Colliers

    Hanneke finished her International Hospitality Management education with a specialization in Real Estate. After her education, she gained experience in the hotel industry. She worked for four years as the Assistant General Manager for a 5-star property where she supervised the renovations and operations. In January 2018, Hanneke started with Colliers as a Hotel Valuer. After two years working for the Valuations department, she started working for the Hotel Division of Colliers as a Consultant. She works for both the hotel transactions team as the consultancy and advisory team.

    Robert Jan Foortse

    APG

    Robert-Jan Foortse is the Head of European Property Investments at APG. Robert-Jan joined APG (then ABP) in December 2002. From 2003-2007 he was responsible for all ABP’s real estate investments in the Asia/Pacific region, both listed as well as non-listed. Robert-Jan gradually transferred responsibilities to the newly formed team in Hong Kong, which allowed him to head the European property team from early 2008. In addition, Robert-Jan is involved in the regional allocation of funds between the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific. Robert-Jan has over 25 years of experience in real estate

    Maria Intini

    Development & investment director Europe, citizenM Hotels

    Mariapia Intini is Development and Investment Director at citizenM hotels, where she is responsible for acquisitions (sites and office/hotel conversions) in target cities across Europe. Prior to joining citizenM, Mariapia was Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Hospitality, where she valued over €1.5bn worth of single assets and portfolios (including NPLs) across Europe. Before then, she was Senior Consultant at Colliers International’s EMEA Hotels, where she focused on feasibility studies and operator selection for new hotel developments. She started her real estate career at the global architectural firm Design International. Mariapia is a MRICS Chartered Surveyor and holds a Master’s Degree in Hotel Real Estate Finance from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, NY, when she completed a rotational programme at Marriott International’s US HQs.

    Gert-Wim Bos

    Director, COD

    Gert-Wim has over 22 years of real estate experience and leads the day-to-day management at COD. His motto: "Realising projects that matter - with guts, passion, creativity and a sense of beauty. Creating places that didn't exist before, where people want to live, work and stay". After studying Building Management & Property Management at Delft University of Technology, he joint Twynstra Gudde in 1998 as a management consultant, before working in various positions at Multi Vastgoed from 2002 to 2010 on projects that included the construction of offices, hotels and inner city development. In 2010, he switched to COD, where he has been (statutory) director since the end of 2013. COD has grown into a leading developer characterised by creativity and decisiveness for the (re)development of offices, hotels and housing.

    Ronald Huikeshoven

    Chief Executive Officer, AM B.V.

    Ronald Huikeshoven has been the CEO of AM since 2016. In this function he contributes to the future development of AM. With an inspiring vision AM distinguishes itself as a leading integral area developer. From 2007 till 2016 he was Managing Director for AM’s North West region; in that role he managed and controlled AM’s devotion to developing inspiring and sustainable habitats with focus on quality of space and quality of living. Ronald Huikeshoven was born in Amsterdam. After qualifying his studies he worked for various construction companies. The knowledge acquired through education and working experience led him to the project development department within the company he worked for at that moment. Ronald is a board member of ULI Netherlands, Foundation Knowledge Area development, Placemaking Europe, Foundation Architectuurcentrum ABC, Foundation Forum for urban renewal, and Foundation Highrise.
