    ULI Madrid NEXT is delighted to present 'Real Estate Capital Flows', a series of short meetings between a small number of ULI Madrid NEXT members and a key figure of a non-European market, to talk about cross-regional real estate capital flows. The format will be an interactive roundtable limited to 15 attendees in order to encourage interaction between NEXT members and the panellists.

    This first meeting will be focused on capital flows between EMEA and LATAM and our key speaker will be Gonzalo Robina (Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Fibra UNO), who will be joined by Ismael Clemente (CEO, Merlin Properties) and Leticia Ponz (Asset Manager Spain and Mexico, Union Investment Real Estate) for the roundtable.
