In recent months, excitement about AI has skyrocketed – also in the real estate industry. Reason enough to put AI to the test: In this session, a real-life real estate researcher will provide a short presentation about trends in the European office occupier market – a common topic for most professionals. The same data will be fed to an AI by a renowned real estate academic.

    • What conclusions will the AI come up with?
    • Will they be similar to those from a real-life analyst?
    • Will the AI maybe bring up some surprising results that the analysts overlooked?
Join us for a session of man v. machine, followed by a Q&A session, where participants will be welcome to ask questions.

Lukas Vytisk Souffray, Schroders and Ania Walewska, SPGI Zurich AG, in Association with Cushman & Wakefield, are responsible for organization and moderation. ULI Switzerland is looking forward to a large attendance.
