The 2021 ULI Europe Awards for Excellence Ceremony will celebrate the most outstanding urban development achievements in the private, public and non-profit sectors in the EMEA region.

The expert judging panel will announce the winners of the Awards that have best demonstrated excellence in the full development process of the project: planning, construction, economic viability, community impact and design.

Special mentions will also be awarded to the projects that have shown distinction in areas such as affordable housing, repurposing, sustainability, creative placemaking and social value.

The ceremony will be moderated by Luisa Baldini, co-founder of Composure Media and former BBC correspondent, who will interview all of the winners and discuss the development and impact of their winning projects.
