Petra Blazkova is managing director within LaSalle Investment Management’s European Research & Strategy based in London. She leads the development of tactical investment strategy and market tools across Europe. To this end, Petra works closely with several teams across London, Munich, Paris and elsewhere around the world. Petra holds a MSc Real Estate Investment & Finance (Henley Business School, University of Reading) and has over 20 years of experience working in real estate research and strategy across several high-profile companies and geographies. She started her career at Colliers International in Prague, before moving to London and joining King Sturge (JLL) covering Industrial and Investment markets across Europe at first and then Capital Markets as Head of EMEA Capital Markets Research in Jones Lang LaSalle. She then moved to Singapore in 2011 to become Head of Asia Pacific Capital Markets Research for CBRE. Since 2015 she relocated back to London and to join RCA (Real Capital Analytics), overseeing a team researching capital market trends and transactions in the region, developing investment advisory services and overseeing RCA’s business development in analytics’ services.
