Join us on Tuesday, 7 November 2023 in the office of DWF Poland, for a ‘WATCH PARTY’ to watch together presentation of the results of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2024 report, a market-leading report published by the Urban Land Institute in partnership with PwC.

The online lunch of the report will be followed by an in person panel of local experts and discussion. We will hear firsthand what’s the sentiment of the industry leaders.

This year's report illustrates an anxious industry coming to terms with the exceptional market conditions currently present in Europe. While some investors remain hopeful, a vast majority of European real estate industry professionals look for solid footing as ESG requirements, geopolitical tension, and high interest rates disrupt the status quo of the post-Covid era.
