    Ronen Journo

    Hines Europe Ltd

    Experienced real estate operations Vice President with a demonstrated history of achievements in diverse international markets, enabling business transformation, enhancing the workplace experience and leading global and regional organisations. Skilled in aligning strategic business direction with workforce planning and tactical delivery, developing strong cross-functional partnerships among different cultures and scaling innovative solutions for operational excellence within corporate real estate and facilities portfolios. During my journey I have had the opportunity to lead, witness and contribute to several transformative disruptions from outsourcing (Procord) to the birth of activity based working and convergence of people, place and technology (DEGW) to the virtualization of work through technology (Cisco), to the renaissance of physical communities (WeWork) and innovations driven by PropTech (Board roles mentoring and guiding incredible innovators). A passionate human connector who thrives in a multi-cultural community. Inspired by family, reading, karate (brown belt), diving (+30 yrs; Dive Master + Master Scuba), chasing marathons (20th) and being a true student for life.

    Naqash Tahir

    Executive Director, PGIM Financial Limited

    Naqash Tahir is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate, on the global chief investment officer team. Based in London he supports efforts to continually evolve investment practices by exploring new technologies that are intended to leverage proprietary data and artificial intelligence to better inform investment decisions and improve processes. He also seeks to establish partnerships with third-party technology platforms and universities to develop solutions that can be leveraged across PGIM Real Estate. Previously, Naqash served as Head of Systems and Co-Chair Innovation for the Europe and led various technology initiatives in Asia Pacific. Naqash has been a significant contributor to the PropTech program in Europe and is a member of AREF's Technology working group and serves on INREV’s Technology committee. He is also a PropTech advisor and mentor, representing and speaking at technology events around Europe. Naqash began his career fifteen years ago developing solutions primarily for Real Estate. Naqash has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science and is currently pursuing his MBA through Cranfield University. Naqash is also the founder and chairman for ReimTech, which is a forum for the Real Estate Investment Management Technology peers across Europe.

    Nadim Stub

    I think of myself as an entrepreneurial Innovator and visionary with the sincerest empathy for improving our quality of life through digital opportunities. Others would perhaps describe me as an innovative and strategic dealmaker, brand builder, cultural currency developer & disruption enabler I serve as executive and transformation enabler and senior advisor to companies operating at the intersection of Real estate and technologies. In addition, I sit on the National Council of ULI Denmark, serve as Chair for its Young Leaders & NEXT Programme, and Member of the Real Estate & Technology Council of ULI Europe. I’m a transformational leader with inspiring communication and negotiation skills a vast understanding for capabilities of innovative and sustainable solutions to drive new net value opportunities, and a strong advocate for Customer Experience Importance. I am a non-linear, relentless circular thinker, alert dot-observer, and relentless dot-connector. I believe in iterative and progressive creative destruction as a philosophy to uncover new and innovative and scalable business models, products and solutions. I am motivated to unveil the business of Real Estate as an end-user commercial and sustainable opportunity unlike any other before it! I live in Copenhagen, with a wonderful and strong woman and am the proud father to an amazing and inspiring daughter!!

    David Weir-McCall

    Strategic Development Manager, Epic Games

    From a background of Architecture and Technology, David currently works as Industry Marketing Manager at Epic Games, responsible for overseeing Epic Games ecosystem's marketing strategy and driving marketing activities in Architecture vertical. Having extensive experience with Architectural Engineering firms and Architectural Design consultants over the last decade, David’s primary focus in the architecture was the adoption of new design tools into Architectural workflows and supporting the development of Digital Technologies within the Industry. David continues to support the use of the Unreal Engine throughout Architecture and real estate and push the boundaries on how these tools can enhance design and bring the clients and end users closer to the design process.
