Member of Digital Twin Consortium (Microsoft founder) is leading since 2015 all the Smart City and Buildings Microsoft Consulting projects in Italy working with customers and partners to take advantage of AI across the extended Building Value Chain. Marcello is actually leading Financial Services and Public Sector market segment in Italy as Microsoft Consulting Sales Manager.

Over 20 years of global executive experience across the built environment and technology space. He currently leads the team in charge of developing breakthrough digital assets to support the Science and Technology European Platform by providing a unique value proposition to complement the ecosystem development strategy. He is the founding president of the Federated Innovation @ MIND (Milano Innovation District) and is now focused on building a global network of networks, starting from the Innovation Districts of Lendlease in London and Paris. In the last few years, he has been the cofounder and advisor of a diverse range of tech start-up companies like MobilEngineering (Mobile b2b applications), META (augmented reality glasses); EPTHI (real Time b2b solutions); Augmented Mankind (immersive reality experiences). E4Life (Spatial BioDefense Solutions). He has a family office based in the US dedicated to strategic investments and venture studio initiatives across multiple industries and multiple geographic regions called Amazing Ventures. Ronen Journo is a seasoned real estate, workplace and management operations leader with nearly 30 of experience in the sector. Joining Hines in 2020, he successfully led, launched and scaled the Management Services business in Europe, driving the creation of people-centric, technology-driven workplaces fit for the future. Prior to Hines, Ronen held roles at WeWork and Cisco where his focus was on global workplace trends, technology and corporate real estate operations. Ronen’s expertise extends beyond his primary role, serving as a Non-Executive Director for the Property Agency in His Majesty’s Government, Co-Chair of the Technology and Real Estate Council for the Urban Land Institute and member of its Editorial Oversight Committee. He is also a Board Advisor at ARC, guest lecturer at Said Business School - University of Oxford, and a mentor at Pi Labs and REACH UK. With a demonstrated history of achievement in diverse international markets, Ronen continues to be a driving force in the real estate sector, leveraging his expertise to enable business transformation and operational excellence. Naqash Tahir is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate, on the global chief investment officer team. Based in London he supports efforts to continually evolve investment practices by exploring new technologies that are intended to leverage proprietary data and artificial intelligence to better inform investment decisions and improve processes. He also seeks to establish partnerships with third-party technology platforms and universities to develop solutions that can be leveraged across PGIM Real Estate. Previously, Naqash served as Head of Systems and Co-Chair Innovation for the Europe and led various technology initiatives in Asia Pacific. Naqash has been a significant contributor to the PropTech program in Europe and is a member of AREF's Technology working group and serves on INREV’s Technology committee. He is also a PropTech advisor and mentor, representing and speaking at technology events around Europe. Naqash began his career fifteen years ago developing solutions primarily for Real Estate. Naqash has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science and is currently pursuing his MBA through Cranfield University. Naqash is also the founder and chairman for ReimTech, which is a forum for the Real Estate Investment Management Technology peers across Europe.
