The Real Estate Trends Conference 2012 was themed “Creating a Legacy” and brought together city and industry leaders from around the world for a two-day programme exploring opportunities and legacies of large-scale events sporting and cultural events.

The conference had a particular focus on the London 2012 Olympics, which would take place only six weeks later, and included a private tour of the Olympic Park.

Key speakers explained what it took to deliver an exceptional Olympics, the role that real estate and infrastructure sectors play in making it happen, the legacy outlook, the lessons learned and what opportunities exist for future investment and development.
