The Trust has selected to support the educational programme, UrbanPlan, as a key focus area that is designed to help young people understand the role real estate play in reviving and regenerating urban areas.

UrbanPlan is an educational initiative bringing the urban environment to life for young people through a series of interactive workshops and team working challenges. In Europe, the programme has been running successfully in schools for almost 10 years – reaching over 5,900 students and enabling more than 1,500 ULI members to share their experiences in urban (re)development. The programme is running in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland and now in France, and is designed to be expanded soon to other European countries such as Switzerland, Spain, Poland and Italy.
