ULI has grown significantly over the past few years in Europe, doubling its membership in the last five years and developing a programme of work driven by a strong research programme, corporate membership opportunities and strong growth across the National Councils based on interesting and relevant programmes of work and active member engagement in each National Council. Going forward, ULI is focused on further expansion to become financially self-sufficient and achieve its mission at a European and local level.
Office administrative support to the ULI Europe National Councils’ team in helping to grow the organisation’s membership base and deliver member-led activities through the Councils’ programme of work.
The role is responsible for looking after day-to-day administrative tasks including preparing and submitting invoices and contracts from the National Councils; responding to enquiries from members; scheduling meetings and webinars; preparing marketing emails and data management.
Day to day tasks vary dependent on work schedule so the working day needs to be planned proactively.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Councils, this position requires good organisational and communication skills.
